IMHO it's mandatory that left and right sidebar (if opened) are visible
without scrolling

  I strongly suggest to find a way to avoid horizontal scroling on usual laptop screen of  size 1366x768
  AFAICS it's mostly a dashboard issue (sales, manufacturing, accounting...)
