At my side, the image is updated when I changed the file (tested with
Employee form view). But I have a problem with displaying the image in
list view now. I found https://code.launchpad.net/~openerp-commiter
/openobject-client/client-image-widget, but this seems only work for gtk
client

  Image widget doesn't update

Bug description:
  Image widget doesn't update the image when you change the file for the
  field in the web client, works fine on the gtk client.

  I think the problem is on /addons/openerp/widgets/form/_binary.py:70
  the image field doesn't have any code to update the field.
