IMHO the grouping should be altered
"Radio - group"
* Draft
* Pro Forma
* Unpaid
* Overdue
End radio group
and 
Invoices - which show all invoices from above groups

  invoices - missing button "overdue invoices"

Bug description:
  one of the most important questions can not be answerd clicking on a
  button "overdue invoices"

  IMHO this should be the default, overdue  customer invoices need to be
  acted on immediately as the company looses money
