Title:
  Cannot process partial picking with 0 value

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Some checks have been added to stovk_partial_picking/do_partial.py

  Nevertheless now you cannot process a qty = 0 because of the following
  check:

                  #Adding a check whether any move line contains qty less than zero
                  if calc_qty <= 0:
  It should be
                  if calc_qty < 0:
