  setup.py referencing to scripts/openerp-web

Status in OpenERP Web:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When I try to install the latest Trunk (Rev. No 738) I got an "error:
  file 'xx/scripts/openerp-web' does not exist and this folder does not
  exist in the actual branch.
