I have tried to install "chricar_account_period_sum" which is depends on module 'c2c_account_closing_remarks'.
which is again a  custom module and not available in extra-addons.

  error importing CSV columns with Umlaute

Status in OpenERP GTK Client:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  autodedect raises error

  selecting the columns manualy imports the rows, but unly the first
  columns till  "Geschäftsjahr"

  IMHO a UTF-8 mapping issue
