I have checked your bug report but it is not a bug and it's an
improvement.

After implementing it we need to more discussion on it.

So currently I am setting this as an "Opinion".

  account.user_type - insufficient spec

Status in OpenERP Modules (addons):
  Opinion

Bug description:
          'user_type': fields.many2one('account.account.type', 'Account Type', required=True,
              help="These types are defined according to your country. The type contains more information "\
              "about the account and its specificities."),

  there is neither country_id nor company_id in account_account_type -
  hence the help text is somewhat missleading.

  IMHO company_id should be added to account_account_type to allow true
  multi company (country)
