Hello Dr.Ferdinand,

Yes I have checked this to create database in 6.0.3 and start the new
webclient and it is working as expected.

But Development of  new web-client is in progress, so you need to wait
for 6.1 release.

  web - charts - handling of negative y values

Status in OpenERP Server:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  currently (v6) is only displaying postive values, negative values are
  simply cut off.
