Thank you all, I confirm the problem. We caught one of the employees here doing it ...smart trick you know.
Guewen clearly wrote its a problm when create the attendance,,.

We traced it out, it happnes bcoz attenances while created dont care for
the sheet!

Bug description:
  Hello,

  There is a exact same issue than the bug : https://bugs.launchpad.net/openobject-addons/+bug/760493
  But with the attendances. From within the timesheet sheet, you cannot write an attendance for another sheet than the current sheet, so it's ok.
  But if you open the attendances view, you can create an attendance on any timesheet.
