I have checked your issue with trunk with new web client in chrome but
is is working fine at my end.

I have checked with following Revision:

      server --> 3558
      new web-client --> 882

I have attached a video for your reference so would you please check it
and informed us where you faced the problem.

Title:
  wizard form view are set in a part of the admin dashboard

Bug description:
  web client, chrome

  install sales to have some config wizard in administration dashboard.
  Go to administration. in the configuration overview, open the wizard
  "review sales stages" -> it doesn't open the form view, it changes the
  configuration overview content
