it is not working, I get this bug again.

 server --> 3558
 new web-client --> 882
addons --> 4971

it occurs with a new empty db (only hr installed) and a db with more hr
features installed.

  wizard form view are set in a part of the admin dashboard

Bug description:
  web client, chrome

  install sales to have some config wizard in administration dashboard.
  Go to administration. in the configuration overview, open the wizard
  "review sales stages" -> it doesn't open the form view, it changes the
  configuration overview content
