  Reloading page and session for menu change and/or context changes when
  needed

Bug description:
  Since the client only loads menus once, if e.g. the user uses
  simplified interface and switches to extended (or the other way
  around), menus will not change to reflect this, which is incorrect.

  This can apply to pretty much any group change, I think.
