Title:
  cannot create a working time in task

Status in OpenERP Web:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  in a db without demo data, chrome, last trunk (new web).

  cannot create a new working time in a task

  to test :

  - create a db and install project 
  - create a task
  - start task (buton)
  - click new in the orking time

  -> i can't create working time
  -> i should be able to create a working tim (O2m)
