Title:
  views without menu are broken

Status in OpenERP Web:

Bug description:
  in new web client, refresh the page and then open a shortcut, the
  layout alays move, it is really confusing

  example in product list : 
  - log you in an instance
  - f5
  - open produt list from shortcut
  - click service, 

  all the layout elements move, it is weird -> it doesn't make that if
  left menuis in the form
