Title:
  UoM rounding precision doesn't work

Bug description:
  I want to create a Unit of measure  'Pack 2100 Pces' / UoM category
  'Unit' / Uom Type 'Bigger than' / Rounding precision '1'. When i put
  2100 in the field 'ratio' and  save my form the ratio is modified
  (2100,84).

  My Uos is 1 Piece
  My purchase Unit is 'PACK 2100 Pces'
  My sale Unit is 'PACK 2100 Pces'

  When i make a delivery or a receipt for one package of 2100 pces, The
  quantity of the movement of stock is 2101 instead of 2100

  Version 6.02 et 6.03
