Title:
  be able to create a contact in partner form

Status in OpenERP Web:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  in partner form, simplified view, it is impossible to add a new
  contact (the menu "Contact" is only in extended view, it may be the
  reason why it is not in partner form)

  expected behaviour -> as in GTK, enable to add a new contact in
  Partner form even if the menu "Contacts" is not in simplified
  interface !!
