as my comment #3 (answer to the comment #1 of Vishal), the second issues
is maybe a duplicate but the first point is the main issue of this bug.
hope someone is fixing or will fix it.

Title:
  SO -> Invoices -> Payment

Status in OpenERP Web:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  in a db with invoicing and payment installed : 
  create a SO -> Confirm it -> create the Final invoice (layout : Description and payement term should be on the same line) -> validate the invoice -> make paiement -> Issues : the Paiement method should be empty and required, force the user to choose a payment method and the line appears after choosing a payment method. 

  The second issues is that the search view is in the form view.
