  [PS] When creating a new pricelist rule, it takes "other pricelist"
  value by default

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  * Sales/Configuration/Pricelists/Pricelists, in a pricelist version,
  create a new pricelist rule

  Obtained result : By default the "other pricelist" value is selected

  Expected result : the "Public price" value is selected (to avoid being
  obliged to enter another pricelist by default)
