  Leave request should depend from Working time

Bug description:
  Hi

  In the Leaves Request we set the leave for an employee, and an employee's working time is not a simple calendaristic time, but a well defined working time.
  So I think the Leaves Request depends from the Working time, and the hr_holidays module should depend from project_long_term when installing.

  And we should have a menu in Human Resources > Configuration > Leaves
  pointig to the Project> Configuration > Resources> Working time (as we
  have for example in Sales an Purchases menu for Products submenu)
