For this type of usability issue, 
i give one suggestion like we can put separator or add right border between all columns of list view ?

So, as per your requirement temporary i give you one patch for it. 
You can apply that patch on your local code.

Bug description:
  IMHO column headers of numeric columns should be right adjusted
  see screenshot - it is difficult to read

  please see "List control label" -  right adjusted "Population" in
  http://developer.gnome.org/hig-book/3.0/design-text-labels.html.en

  * Left-align components and labels, unless all the labels in a group
  have very different lengths. If they do, right-align the labels
  instead, to ensure that no controls end up too far away from their
  corresponding labels.
