Also, as of revision 5108 revid: odo@xxxxxxxxxxx-20110920121054-3oy0vm4n8idx9z03 we now depend on the external vatnumber Python library, which includes support for Croatia.

Milan, as explained on the merge proposal, part of your contribution was
merged, the rest is now available by default via vatnumber.
