  OpenERP fails to validate this valid UK VAT number: GB 003232247

  Enter it into
  http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/lang.do?fromWhichPage=vieshome&selectedLanguage=EN
  to confirm that it is correct.

  Perhaps it's because of the leading zeros?
