Hello,

I have checked this issue again,I found problem in following code

there is no need to assign  float as  left with oe_form_buttons in css, it's create a problem on FireFox browser.
And if we remove it than its working fine with FF and Chrome too.
See the attachment after remove it.

Bug description:
  Administration > Translations > Languages

  Open a language, all the "help" part (Date & Time formatting help and
  examples) is mis-formatted: half the cells are interpreted as labels
  (right-aligned) and half as paragraph (left-aligned), leading to
  something of a jumbled mess.
