the patch is False, you should not take the lang of the partner, but the
lang of the user.

  [6.0.3] Raised message in sale and purchase doesn't translate in user

Bug description:
  When you try to add order line whitout selected partner in sale and purchase, you receive a raised message inform you to put partner in form. This message ins't send in user language.
  You can find a patch to correct this.
