Bug description:
  Hello,

  In recruitment, unlike in crm.lead, the history tab does not record
  "stages" changes.

  From a functional standpoint, having these stage changes in history
  tab is very important in recruitment.

  It allows the recruiter to know the main steps of a recruitment
  process: when the employee has been screened, when he has been seen in
  first and then in second interview, when the contract has been
  proposed,...
