Bundle are not supported with magentoerpconnect 6.0.
If you want you can try the trunk version that will be release as 6.1 at the end of october. This version support the import of order with bundle and keep the information about the configuration of the bundle (you have to install magentoerpconnect_bundle).
Also If you want to try the trunk version please use this branch of the server (it will be merge soon) https://code.launchpad.net/~akretion-team/openobject-server/sparse_field

I set the bug (new feature) as fix because it's work in version 6.1, and bundle product are not supported in 6.0

  My magento Bundle :
  bundle : 0
  Product : 100
  Shipping : 5
  total : 105

  My OpenERP invoice :
  bundle : 100
  product : 100
  Shipping : 5
  total : 205

  so for a bundle, the price must be set to 0
