  programmingError relation "base_sale_payment_type" does not exist

Bug description:
  After updating to the latest revisions: Rev 4333 of stable_5.0-extra-
  addons and Rev 301 of magentoerpconnect I try to import orders but i
  get this error:

  I tried to play around with some payment settings in the connector and
  order and picking policy but without result.
