Fixed on all versions. 
Now each time a product will be assigned to an other, it checks if the product has an external id, if not, it exports the product.
It means the product may be exported 2 times during the catalog export, but it's acceptable I think. (we have to keep the ordering by dates and anyway we would have to resolve dependencies if we would like to sort them by links, childs for boms etc..)

  [ALL versions] Trying to assign a product link before export of the
  linked product

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  With product links (up-sell, cross-sell, related).

  To reproduce :
   - Create a product A and B
   - On the product B, add a product link (up-sell or whatever) to product B.
   - Modify the product B

  The products will be exported to magento with the sequence : A then B.
  So we'll ask to Magento to link the product A to a not already
  existing product.
