  don't see all config wizard in the admin dashboard

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  New

Bug description:
  in the configuration pannel (administration dashboard), i don't see
  all wizard i should see. It doesn't seem be a right issues, i tried in
  extended view and with all manager rights.

  In attachment you can see wizard that are missing.
