Title:
  Application installation from static home does not trigger
  configuration wizards

Bug description:
  The wizard of chart of account is not launched after installing
  modules that need it (sales, pos, purchase, hr timesheet invoice and
  all other modules that use the invoicing system)

  It must be launch. The user has to choose a chart of account
