que dentro de los desarrollos ya estaba corregido.

  Error al instalar l10n_ve_withholding

Bug description:
  Buenas,

  Al igual que bug #868013 se presento al instalar el modulo
  l10n_ve_withholding

  El mensaje de error: ValueError: No references to
  l10n_ve_withholding.menu_wh_customer

  La solución que encontre, de principio digo que no se si fue la mejor
  fue editar el archivo l10n_ve_withholding/l10n_ve_withholding_view.xml

  Descomente la línea 11.
  <menuitem id="menu_wh_customer" name="Customer Withholding" parent="account.menu_finance_receivables" sequence="300"/>

  Al realizar eso el modulo se instalo sin problema.

  Revisión 404 de la rama trunk

  SO Debian/Ubuntu

  Estoy trabajando con OpenERP 6.0.3 tanto en el servidor como el
  cliente web.
