1. Now calendar view from runbot work well.

2. Why you removed 'select all' check box from tree view? It's very
usefull.

Bug description:
  In the new openerp-web (6.1) from runbot.openerp.com, all form view has wrong alignement in firefox.
  List view is ok.
  In chrome, alignment is ok.
