Hello Crisitian,

I have checked your issue and I understand why you have faced this type
of problem.

According to the new changes of trunk if our "configuration wizard for financial  setting" in done state it will not not open again.
For these you have to go Administration/Configuration/Configuration Wizards/Configuration Wizards and set this configuration wizard 's state as a "To Do" and then again try it will works.

One more issue, once you have open this configuration wizard and cancel it means you didn't install any chart.
At this time also the action was called and your configuration wizard 's state goes in to "Done" state so this time also you have set this wizard state as a "To DO". Now you will run the wizard.

It is not a bug but latest behaviour of trunk version.
