  issues with journal item

Bug description:
  from Accounting/Journal Entries/Journal Items i have this bug when i try to save a record in the editable line
  	
  Integrity Error

  The operation cannot be completed, probably due to the following:
  - deletion: you may be trying to delete a record while other records still reference it
  - creation/update: a mandatory field is not correctly set

  [object with reference: name - name]


  Also, if there is a default taxe on the account, the taxe's line
  should be updated automatically.

  create a new line, complete all require fields and check if there is
  at least 1 default taxe in the account form. If you save the line,
  taxe lin should appear
