  Add shipping lin

Status in Magento OpenERP Connector:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Hello,

  I don't know if it really a bug. It's was working on a previous release of the connector.
  When i import an order, the shipping line is missing. 

  shipping_amount is present in import log.

  could you help please ?
