Hello,

I have checked your bug report,You are right, we can change the
company_id with another user which belongs another company.

But currently I am not considering this as a bug and this is also not a
generalise issue.

So before implementing it we need to more discussion on it.

That's why currently I am setting this as a "Opinion" .

@Experts : would you please share your views on this.

  multi company environment and company-id on product

Bug description:
  = Setup =
  Consider this (working) multi company setup:

  * Company-Group
   * Company-A
   * Company-B

  Now create two users User-A and User-B with a membership on all(!)
  three companies (seems reasonable to me) and the multi-company  access
  group.

  = User-A =
  In Prefs of User-A select Company-Group
  User-A now can choose between all companies when editing the company-id field/attribute/property on product-A. User-A now selects Company-Group in order to share the product-A between the companies.

  = User-B =
  In Prefs of User-B select Company-B.
  When User-B edits product-A the company-id field will be reset to Company-B (probably because it is the only company available to User-B at this time?).

  This causes the product-data to be corrupted.
