  Too restrictive access rights on module categories

Status in OpenERP Server:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  log you as a user (employee, partner manager rights only) in the new
  web client

  The following error appears:
  --
  AccessError

  You can not read this document (ir.module.category) ! Be sure your user belongs to one of these groups: Administration / Configuration.
  --

  Categories need to be readable by all users, or the primary dashboard
  can not work
