Title:
  Changes in a o2m in form view mode are not taken into account by other
  relation fields until we click save

Bug description:
  To reproduce, open a customer in form view, edit the name of the first
  contact displayed (do not click 'save') then go to the 'Accounting'
  tab. Here, create a new row in the o2m at the end of the page. The
  contact referenced in that new record does not contain the
  modification to the contact name you previously made.
