I have again checked your issue but it is working fine with latest
stable and trunk both.

According to your comment#4 it is your end side problem(local issue) so
we are not considering this as a bug.

Title:
  Receive 0 qty - pop up window cannot be closed

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  V6.0.3 - Incoming shipment - stock move - process. In the process document screen, set qty for a line to 0 - pop up error message "Processing Error..." - this pop up window cannot be closed.
  Have only tried on GTK client
