The problem is not the active checkbox getting de-activated, thats
normal. The issue is that when saving a de-activated pricelist version,
nothing happens. Which is increadibly annoying since duplication will
always start de-activated, so its easy to overlook.

I opened a pricelist, clicked duplicate, didn't notice it wasn't active,
saved it and nothing happened.  Thats the main problem, not the fact its
disabled, thats normal. But its easy to overlook.
