  Followups Management should be Followup Management (this is VERY important),
  Anglo-Saxon Accouting should be Anglo-Saxon Accounting (this is VERY important),
  Human Resources Features should be Human Resource Features (but this is not very important),
  Attendances should be Attendance (but this is not very important),
  Employee's Contracts should be Employee Contracts (this is VERY important),
  Leaves Management should be Leave Management (this is VERY important).
