Title:
  fields.float formatting shwo wrong value

Status in OpenERP Web:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  go in Accounting \ configuration \ miscelleanous \ currencies, and
  compare the value given by the web client and the gtk client.

  The web client loose the first decimal if it's a zero and make also a
  wrong rounding.

  For example take the currency ARS. 
  Value in GTK: 5.088100   Value
  Value in Web client: 5.88099
