Thanks for reporting this bug, it has been fixed in lp:~openerp-dev
/openobject-addons/trunk-bug-877136-mdi and will be merged in main
addons.

This will also fix https://bugs.launchpad.net/openobject-
addons/+bug/873172 bug.

  Steps:
  1) Create new db 
  2) Open Add more feature wizard tick only point of sale press "Install module"
  the pos can not install it should be install.
