I was able to reproduce this error, with standard magento branch. The
problem is that it fails to create/recognize the referential ID in
ir_model_data. I do not know why this happens. This only happens on
select magento installs, no apparent cause. I know this is related still
to magento because I could replicate the problem on known working erp
installs. If I alter ir_model_data and manually insert the referential
id it works. Another side to this problem, is that the record already
exists, but it tried to insert again because it somehow keys off
referential ID only...
