I use Chromium 14.0.835.202 (Developer Build 103287 Linux) on Ubuntu
11.04 and I do have this line duplication.

  Web revno 1332
  Addons revno 5444

  Install account_budget with demo data.

  Confirm  the optimistic budget.

  You will notice that on confirmation all the budget lines are
  duplicated!
