  some widget (o2m) should be read only

Bug description:
  in opportunities, leads, claimes, issues, applicants and other "crm
  cases", the o2m in Communication and history should be partially read
  only (able to add an internal note or send an email or reply form the
  list but not able to click on "new"

  same thing for task in phases form view (project_long_term) (look at
  gtk client)
