  trunk : text_tag widget design is not available in openerp.ui

Status in OpenERP GTK Client:

Bug description:
  text_tag widget is normally looking for its design widgets into
  openerp.ui, but fails to find them.

  An error can be faced while running mass mailing wizard from Partner's
  form.
