Bug description:
  Task Analysis show wrong analysis :
  Steps to reproduce :
    - Install project
    - Create project > Create 2 tasks with 50 Hours in each.
    - Click to Set As Template.
    -  Now, Go to Project > Reporting > Task Analysis.
        It shows wrong analysis , As it shows the analysis of the active=False record also, while 2 tasks created for template project are active=False.
   
  IHMO: This issue affects any model in OpenERP which is  using the "active" field,  Analysis view for such model should take care this issue.
