Fix has been done in  lp:~serpent-consulting-services/openobject-
addons/trunk-885677-SerpentCS branch and it will be merge in main addons
very soon.

  in job position there is not status widget as in other view
  Human Resources/ Recruitment/Job Position
  order : In position, In recruitment, Old
  Visible : In Position,  In recruitment, Old
  Color : blue for in position
  light grey for old
