Title:
  [hr] an employee cannot be member and director of his own manager

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  It does not seem to make sense that an employee cannot be catalogued
  simultaneously as member of a department, and at the same time as
  manager of this department.

  For example, an accounting department has a manager, who is in fact
  member of the accounting department, only with the particularity that
  she oversees the work of her colleagues.

  Should in this case be creating ficticious departments, such as
  "Accounting Management staff" or similar?
